Reports & Dashboards

Checking how a campaign did

Ask "list my campaigns" to see everything you've sent, then "how did the last one do?" for delivered, opened, and clicked counts. Ask for per-recipient detail — who opened, what they clicked, and when — any time you need it.

"Done" doesn't mean "delivered." A campaign reporting as done means every recipient was handed off for sending — it doesn't mean the emails have landed in inboxes yet. Delivery and open counts are confirmed asynchronously and can lag a "done" status by anywhere from a few seconds to a few minutes. That's normal, not a sign something's wrong.

Building a custom report or dashboard

There's no built-in dashboard to configure — instead, ask your assistant to build you one, on the spot, using your real campaign data. Since it's a genuine conversation with an AI assistant, you can ask for exactly the view you want:

"Pull my open and click rates for the last 5 campaigns and put them in a chart."

"Compare this month's campaigns against last month's — did engagement go up or down?"

Your assistant does this by pulling the real numbers (the same data behind get_campaign_report and get_campaign_opens) and building a one-off view from them — it's a genuine, real-time workflow, not a saved dashboard you configure once and revisit. Ask again whenever you want an updated one.
